I just recently moved in here (about 3 months ago) despite what I had read on websites like this. All I can say is I wish I had applied the reviews to my decision. These apartments are gorgeous but living here has not met my expectations. The key cards dont always work and the elevators are constantly broken. The walls are paper thin and I hear my nieghbors every conversation/fight. The appliances are cheap. The parking is a nightmare because you only get one spot and they tow cars 24/7 and it will cost you $340 to get it back. Most of the time -----, ------, and ------in Resident Services act like the residents are inconviniencing them or are just straight up rude and dont understand that the basis of thier job description is customer service.

The only pros are that we have our own trolley stop and coffee shop. And its pretty affordable if you have roommates other than that I would not suggest living here.

IF YOUR KEY CARD DOESN'T WORK, GET ANOTHER ONE :) I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MINE AND THE REASON THE ELEVATORS DON'T WORK SOMETIMES IS BECAUSE WHEN ANYONE IS MOVING IN OR OUT, THEY STALL THE ELEVATOR FOR YOU ALL DAY, SO IT STOPS ON YOUR FLOOR AND STAYS THERE UNTIL YOU GO UP OR DOWN...WHATS WRONG WITH TAKING THE STAIRS??? DON'T BE SO LAZY...THE APPLIANCES ARE SLIGHTLY OUTDATED, BUT I HAVE NEVER HEARD A NEIGHBORS CONVERSATION AND I HAVE NEVER** SEEN A CAR TOWED IN 7 MONTHS!! AND I WOULD PARK OUTSIDE WITHOUT A PARKING PASS AND NOT IN MY UNDERGROUND SPOT FOR MONTHS BEFORE THE TOW CO. LEFT A NOTE ON MY CAR THAT I NEEDED A YELLOW PASS OR TO ONLY PARK DURING THE APPROPRIATE HOURS...I WAS NEVER TOWED NOR ANYONE I KNEW..WITH APARTMENTS THIS LARGE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS MOVING IN AND OUT, HENCE THE ELEVATORS BEING SHUT FOR PEOPLE TO MOVE, THEY AREN'T "BROKEN". THE GIRLS IN RESIDENT SERVICES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SUPER POLITE TO ME..I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ALL YOU PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT...

Ive seen a couple cars towed. But mark my words: IF YOU HAVE HAD YOUR CAR TOWED HERE, YOU TRULLY DESERVE IT!! Firstly, there is ample parking here round the clock. In the gated section in the garage I have one assigned parking spot (I live in a 1 bedroom apt). But we can park our second car in one of the spots with the green circle. Those are almost always available. Ive only seen those full once! (lived here for 8 months now). Me and my gf have it worked out that the first person home takes the green spot, and the other takes the assigned spot. Brilliant huh! Secondly. How can people be so stupid about the parking rules here? From 9-5 its 1 HOUR PARKING! Not 2 hours. Not 4 hours. Not 1 1/2 hours. 1 HOUR!!! Simple? If you cant understand, you deserve to pay the $300. Be that as it may, I once left my car on one of those spots overnight, and didnt remember until 9:45ish. I was expecting to see my car gone, but it was still there. If you can follow the rules, and pay your rent on time, I would recommend this place. If not, grow up and find some other place. I wouldnt want you living amongst if you are the later.

Yea i live in building one and i see cars get towed daily! The two first comments had to have come from the Prom Staff. No one would be that offened by the review if they were just a resident. Which btw is incredibly pathetic. If you havent seen a car towed in 7 months you must be blind and why would a RESIDENT ever deserve to have their car towed? My key card never works for club room 2 and it has nothing to do with the card itself, its their programming. The parking passes they give are only in week increments even if you live here and honestly who wants to go deal with the Resident Services staff weekly? Also "taking the stairs" is a great suggestion! I totally love making five trips up and down the three flights of stairs with bags of groceries! There have been out of order signs on my elevator too, so I know its not just people moving. PLEASE LEAVE THIS SITE TO THE RESIDENTS and staff, its really sad you even have to come on here to defend yourselves.
