I think its funny the empoloyees at the Promenade Rio Vista follow this rating more than the residents. If you read the good reviews and know anything about psychology you can tell its management writing them. If the residents like the Promenade so much WHY are they on an apartment finding Website''
I do live at The Promenade; I don t think its that bad I will not renew my lease when it s up. They do have many problems I think it could be a very nice place BUT, they most fire management first. My problem here is they can t fix any of the maintenance problems around here. For instence the elevtars are broke a lot and No, someone was not moving in. also the computers never work, the gym equipment is old and starting to fall apart, the keycards don t work a lot (I did just go and get another) The biggest thing here is, is the security doors are broke or left open. It took them 2 months to fix the mail security door. The other thing is the freaking dogs everywhere, yes there are no dogs allowed in most buildings. There is even a dog right above the resident service office Now that s funny. It is pretty here but there is better for the money I will be moving soon!!!!
