OF COURSE THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR AN OLD FART, BUT IT IS ONE OF THE BEST LOOKING APARTMENTS IN SAN DIEGO. IF YOU LIKE CONVINIENCE OF TROLLEY AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN, BUSY LIVING, AND GREAT FASHION MALL LOCATION - THERE IS NOTHING THAT IS BETTER VALUE THAN PROMENADE AT RIO VISTA. NOISE MAY BE A LITTLE BIT OF AN ISSUE - BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENJOY LIFE! WOULD'T YOU AGREE' PARKING IS NOT APLMLE, BUT VERY REASONABLE AND EASY.
