The promenade Rio Vista is a nightmare---just about every night you can count on getting woke up by loud obnoxious drunks continuing their party after the bar scene...Tonight a man was urinating in one of the fountains right outside our window! The night before broken beer bottles and cigarette butts from three flights up. The management team is so concerned about quota that they offered us another apartment in the complex, at our expense. why move from one night mare to another' As I am writing this I hear a disturbance echoing through the corridor. It is 12:30am. Looks like it's going to be another sleepless night at the Promenade. Oh it sounds like someones killing someone...call the police and yep you know it the management will do nothing! These people that disturb the peace have more rights than the rest of us.

I know the feeling. I've lived in tons of places (all of which have never been billed as offering "luxury" apartments, but I've never seen folks leave trash and/or recycling outside of their doors for 3-4 days., and the people running the show don't get that this shouldn't be to----ted for a second. This place is akin to putting earrings on a pig. I'm out of here ASAP, and it will be a glorious day. Thanks ---- and and -----!

These reviews are kind. This place is worse than even these describe. To say management doesn't care is an understatement. The PIGS who live here belong in thee wild. Garbage left outside their doors for days. Bottles and cans left all over the parking structure. Junk mail dropped on the floor of the mail lobby and these pigs are too lazy to bend over and pick them up. And most of them are in their twenties--just plain lazy! Some days our hall looks like a garbage dump with half the doorways having one or more garbage bags sitting outside. And don't even get started on the idiots who drive in at 2 or 3 in the morning with their windows down, their stereos and bass to the max as if everyone wants to wake up to their crappy excuse for music! And calls to management results in no change. If you're considering a move here, DON'T! And if you do move in, don't say you haven't been warned.

So true. Management doesnt do their job. Its unfortunate too because this place is so beautiful on the outside. The reviewer left out how the constant testing of the fire alarms is incredibly annoying. I know it's part of regulations but it seems like they do it weekly. Then send the letters that say something like "we 'appreciate' that the alarms are annoying" instead of we understand. Or post election day party flyers with "Barak Obama" instead of Barack. That probably tells us the most about the people working at this place...

Wow, these are really sour grapes complaints. Some people have too much time on their hands...complaining about the wording of a flyer? It must depend on what building you live in. Yes, I'm sure there are rowdy neighbors but that is not management's fault. I would say they need to get more serious about evicting problem tenants and more selective about who they rent to. But I have very few complaints about the management and maintenance staff here -- they're excellent.
