I have lived here for 4 1/2 years. In my experience, the Resident Services personnel have been pleasant, helpful and cooperative. My requests and concerns have almost always been met with a positive response. Consider: the number and individuality of the tenants living here; the span in their ages and levels of maturity (sadly lacking in some cases!); the varying requests, complaints and excuses. The patience and responsiveness of the Resident Services team is quite remarkable. Most recently, the carpeting in my living room became seriously worn. It looked shabby and filthy. I discussed my concern with ---- --------, the Resident manager. We exchanged ideas for a possible solution. ---- did some research and the problem was solved to everyone's complete satisfaction. I am most pleased. In short, the Resident Services team demonstrates a high level of professionalism and accountability for and to the tenants. I only wish that some of the tenants, especially the highly self-absorbed ones, showed the same for their fellow tenants.

Obviously posted by ---- or his team. ---- is the least responsive most, arrogant person in this entire complex! And the noise continues unabated! Just last night numerous calls to security from 1:00AM on faild to stop the screaming and partying that went on until almost 4:00AM on Station Village Lane both on balconies and in the street--not exactly hard for security to find. Hall lights have been out in buildings for weeks and nothing happens. Its nice that management tries to change the subject with these phony posts, but you can easily tell the posts from REAL tenants.

I have been a big supporter of the Promenade (check my previous posts). But this rating completely alerted my -------- meter. All the ass kissing towards resident services. Resident services has been cooperative at best.

So a positive and complimentary evaluation of Resident Services is considered "ass kissing"? My, my. You certainly are both judgemental and crude. I might well conclude that you are a college freshman enrolled in remedial classes, trying to catch up with a reasonably bright 8th-grader. Good luck.
