I moved into the apartments because they looked nice on the outside and had what I was looking for a top floor apartment. They basically lied at the outset to me about the way the garbage was collected. Turns out it was directly under me every Monday Wed Friday. Loud and smelly for the 15 months I lived there. The elevators were broke at least once a month sometimes once a week. It took them 6 times to fix my heating and AC and repeated phone calls to do so. The door to get into my building, building 6 was broke once a week. Car break ins were common and frequently they posted warning to that fact. Also everything in the place was generally cheaply made the carpet, paint fixtures and such. You can get a much better deal elsewhere and not have to deal with this awful place.

And you didn;t even touch on the lack of decency of neighbors with their screaming and loud music at all hours and the waste of time it is expecting the security patrol to do something about it when you call. Over-priced anc crappy place. Can't believe I'm stuck her for awhile longer

oh I also forgot about the elevators both were broke in my building more than once. They had the repair men working on the elevators (guys from the elevator company)so I asked why they were always broke. The guy tells me generally they try to fix the elevators themselves with there people. I don't know about you but I prefer to have the guys from the elevator company fixing elevators not the guys who couldn't fix my AC in 6 attempts fixing the elevators.

You will love this one... I called courtsey patrol (what an oxymoron) to report noise at 5am from my neighbor (something I've been dealing with for 2 years). The "I-can-barely-speak-engish guy called back and basically told me to settle my "vendetta" (his words) personally with my neighbor... and to stop being "childish". YES, THIS IS SECURITY'S RESPONSE TO MY REPORT!! Can't blame the aprtment mngmt though, this is the new America... and it will only get worse!
