i've had worse

I honestly can't say it's all that bad. I've lived in far worse apartment buildings where it might as well have been hell on earth..
Parking: I've never had any of my guests have issues with finding parking. Definitely seems ample enough. As far as resident parking goes, yeah, my spot is no where near my apartment but walking a few extra feet definitely won't kill me. Some people do drive too fast through the narrow turns and like to drive in the middle of the "lane." Can't really do anything about that so oh well.
Noise: The guy below me likes to blast his hip-hop 24/7 and I've called security on numerous occasions and they deal with the situation promptly. The people above me must be elephants or some other breed of large mammals. I can hear practically every move they make. They also like to fight and scream at 7am on the weekends. Within the complex the noise isn't that bad. I even live right outside an elevator. True, there are occurrences of people being drunk and obnoxious out there, but those are far and few between. Also, I can only hear the noise if I'm in my kitchen or den, not if I'm in my bedroom. The neighbor noise is really the only thing that irks me quite a bit. People are inconsiderate.
Grounds: Gorgeous. The fountain and park area is always spotless. Pool area too. I never see any trash within the building and I always see a lady cleaning up the parking garage.
Safety: Ample lighting throughout the complex. Only thing negative is poor planning of landscaping around the driveways within the complex. It's really hard to see if people are about to step out into the street because the bushes/trees are so tall, especially at night.
Construction: Thin walls. Drains like to back up and drain really slowly. Garbage disposal is rather shoddy. Other than that all the fixtures are great. Love my washer and dryer.
Maintenance: Always responds within 24 hours. I've never had any issues getting things fixed.
Staff: Always very helpful and intelligible.
Overall: All of the things that are "wrong" with this place are very little to me. I love my apartment and the sense of security I have here. Staff is great, grounds are great, and I would definitely recommend this place to friends. I will surely be staying another year here.

Every time a bad review is posted, the staff responds with another positive review like this. Obviously this person isn't here at night, especially on weekends, ergo a staff member!

Did he tell you the far worse apartment buildings where only $600 a month not $2000. I agree this place sucks, and staff can??????t think for them selves during the big fires they couldn??????t make the decision not to tow people during a crisis. That only tells me that they are only worried about there jobs over having a hart.
