I don't usually write reviews online, but I had to for this place. I lived there for a year and a half. I was lured in by the pretty exterior, the ammenities, and the location. It was absolute hell. They must have cut every corner possible when they built that place. We lived on the top floor, and had an ant infestation. Everytime there was an earthquake, I could hear the wood in the ceiling cracking. We could hear every word the people living downstairs said, even with the tv on. The property manager decided at one point that he didn't want anyone driving down the side entrance road at night on the weekends. So he had security sit there all night blocking the road. While they were doing that, cars were getting stolen out of the so called "secure" garage. One Tuesday morning at 4am, i was woken up by the college kid that lived 4 FLOORS DOWN, blasting his stereo so loud that it was coming up through the cheap walls. Oh yeah......my car got towed out of my reserved parking space! When we moved in we explained it to the leasing agent that we had extra cars. I have a work car and a personal one. The guy said, "No Problem, just park your personal car in your spot without the permit, and put your work car in the guest parking with the permit." It was fine for the first month, then I came out one night and my car had been towed. When I confronted the leasing agent about it, he denied ever saying that. I HAD WITNESSES!!! I could go on for hours with how many things were wrong with this place. Pass it by, and go live at La Mirage. That's where we moved to, and never regretted it.
