Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
I've been living hear 3 1/2 years and was one day late on rent. They socked me with a $50 fine. What's worse, they insist on sending you a bill each month and it does not arrive until the last day of the month. Very unfair!! I'll be moving as soon as my lease is up.
