Overall okay. Definitely nothing special and would not be happy living here long term. They have a month to month lease and that was the draw for me. I always paid my rent on time and never caused the complex any trouble. One time I forgot the rent was due and the deadline was on Friday afternoon. They put a notice on my door and I received it Sat. morning. The second I received it I ran over my rent because it was truly a mistake on my part. They are insisting on their $50 late fee even though they have not incurred any expense of getting my rent only a few hours late. It is corporations like this that just want to profit on an innocent mistake that make me sick!!!
