Our condominuum is not apartment, If you have a complaines or problems are pretty much home owner and HOA will take care of it! Please report to your whom you rent from.
It is very convinience location for so many activities for the owners and the renters!

I love living here! Close to all! Always maintained and security is always walking around, I am a 24 year old female and feel safe!!! There is not much noise where my condo is located. sure, my nieghbors below complain of our foot steps, but that is why i chose a top floor!
