NOBODY THAT RENTS HERE WANTS TO STAY!
Thank god my lease is almost up!
When I decided to lease here they were having some great move in special that almost seemed unreal. I know that they only reason they had the special is because they can't keep anybody here! The place is newer than a lot of places in UTC but built very poorly. Most of the apartments face one another and you get a beatiful view of someone elses patio. The main office is pretty nice because they have a Theater but the gym is SMALL and they only have 1 pool. Now that my lease is almost up they want to jack up my rent so I am outta here. Don't be fooled by some great movein deal like I was.
