I enjoyed my 6 months living here. Office staff is great, maintanence responds quickly and are very friendly (keep up the good work Hector) and the apartments are up-to-date and very spacious. Other positives include; nice gym, pool is adequate and kept at a great temperature, hot tubs are always nice, community grills available, and internet access for community use free of charge.
Negatives: the parking garage is a nice feature but the spaces are too small and require vigalance to maneuver in and out of. California rent could also be listed here but is common to all apartments in this state (become a travel nurse like me so that you don't have to pay rent).
