The Good - Spacious floorplans, somewhat newer building, location, amenities, big dogs allowed

The Bad - I beg you to talk to at least 3 people that have lived here before renting. What a nightmare. The jerks that run the place don't care about the tenants at all. If you park your car in the parking garage, it WILL be vandalized or broken into. THE GATES have been broken for SIX MONTHS. Most things are BROKEN. There are several gates on the property that have been broken and propped open for months. There are bums all over the adjacent park, and I often worry that I'll find one wandering the halls someday. The hot tub is often a lukewarm tub, and sometimes the jets won't turn on. Oh, and there are tens of thousands of ants along the ridge of the tub. The walls are THIN; you can literally hear the people above you when they take a leak. Don't get an apt that is near the BASKETBALL COURT near the park. You'll either hear bums fighting at night, or CONSTANT SCREAMING of F your mom, F you, F that, F that hurt, from the basketball court. BTW, they play in the dark, at all hours. POOR WATER PRESSURE. NO SECURITY IN PARKING GARAGE. Dog poop everywhere... Maintenance comes by once a month...

There are kids that hang out in the park, no thugs. And yes the kids do shout out profanities all the time.
