The management is horrible. First of all, they often falsely accuse residents out of their own lazy convenience. For example if something goes wrong near your apartment, it is automatically your fault. They don't even try to investigate and THINK about what might happened. Then after they falsely accuse you of something, they threaten to evict you before you even get a chance to really figure out what went wrong. Their staff is obviously stupid and lazy, and I personally find them harassing me and my roommates, and dealing with them is a constant annoyance. They switched 3 managers within one year, and the most recent manager is just simply incompetent.

Some of the office and maintenance are quite rude. The late night security guard is racist, mean, and like to harrass you for no reason. Example, he followed me and my friend walking back into my apartment late one night while we were just chatting in the hallway. Then the minute we got to my apartment he said we are too noisy and harassed us for a good ten minutes. He is absolutely ridiculous.

Regents court is also overpriced. Although they do offer a lot of floor plans and somewhat more spacious units, but the management is so bad that I really wish I did not move in here. I cannot wait until my lease expires.

I totally agree. I have to say the maintenance staff was awesome during my stay so I do not know if they changed since you were there. The security guard and office staff, I agree, are incompetent. As for falsely accusing the residents for their laziness, you are so right. Just because they only change the top layer of the carpet and not the mat underneath, they accuse the residents of dirtying the carpet when they move out (even had the nerve to call me and my boyfriend "trailer trash" when we moved out because of how bad the carpet looked due to their own laziness). How inappropriate, unprofessional, and childish!!!
