i lived at regents court in late 2004 though 2005, while i was attending UCSD. i really enjoyed it! i never had any probems with the management and the maintenance workers were efficient. the complex is rather pricey so the tenants are mostly older people and families. the noise level was extremely low. the spa and pool area is just gorgeous. la jolla is a beautiful area to be in and this complex makes you feel quite at home! i highly recommend it!
