Horrible experience!!!

This is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The office staff is unprofessional, does not respond to requests in a timely manner, and acts very immature. I had no choice in the apartment I lived in so it was next to the highway and there was a bus stop outside next to my bedroom window. Between the noise of traffic and the bus constantly starting and stopping, I had a hard time sleeping and relaxing. The door leading to the outside was also extremely noisy, causing it to always sound like someone was about to crash into my apartment. We had requested to get it fixed but it never was. If you have any concern for your car, you absolutely do not want to stay in these apartments. The parking spaces are so close together that people are constantly hitting each other's cars with their doors. There is also a scrape on the back of my car where someone apparently was backing up and sideswiped my car. I had no dings in my car before I moved to Regents Court and now there are multiple dents and this huge scrape. I had started parking on the top level away from other cars, but then they decided to start letting the construction workers park there, which also created a problem. If you have dogs, you also don't want to live there because they only have one tiny area where the dogs may go to the bathroom. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
