One of the best complexes

I have been in San Diego for over 14 years, and at this complex for almost 3 years. I have to say that living in Regents Court has been one of the best complexes to live in. The office staff has been nothing but professional and courteous. I often have large packages delivered and the office received packages for me and even offers to have someone help me get them up to my apartment.

The parking is more than ample. I have a large SUV and never have to climb into my car. I wonder if the people posting the negative reviews are from another complex. The stories they tell are not the experiences of those that live here.

If you are a student looking to have a 4 person dorm off campus, then maybe look elsewhere.

LOL this review is a joke. large suv? I drive a Toyota Corolla and I had issues getting in and out of my car. This definitely looks like a manager reviewed it This review is downright false.

This review sounds shady. "The stories THEY tell are not of THOSE that live here" isn't a statement made in the 1st person. Totally sounds like words from a 3rd person perspective, must be a manager.

Think what you want. Your comments are exactly what I want to hear. Tell all your UCSD friends that its a horrible place to live, lousy parking, etc etc. BTW if you ever get beyond DOC or Warren Writing, they teach you how to use the 3rd person. You must be freshman...

Hilarious review and reviewer's response to comments -- particularly considering the management here rents out two bedrooms to five unrelated people at a time. I live here, am not a student, and have to call this reviewer out as one of the managers ... or someone living in la-la land!

Wow!! This is so funny. Where do you people come from. I live at Regents for 2yrs now and have not had any major complaints. Problem with noise i call the patrol number or the office the next day to complain. Maintainence is on-site, which i see all the time. There is hardly anyone ever at the pool which is nice and quiet. The management is ok. I don't have to deal with them all the time which is good. Unless I'm picking up a package. And whoever drives the corolla is a liar, sorry. I drive a honda Accord and have no problems parking . I had to say something. It was too funny. Thanks guys/gals for making my day.

I have been here a year in corporate housing now signing a lease. noise was a problem at times but most problem people have moved out. I have looked at other complexes in san diego and this is the best noise wise. also courtesy patrol is very good if you need them.
