Ridgewood Village

It's nice but pricey From: snowlilee Date posted: 9/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've been living at Ridgewood (II) for almost 2 years. It's a nice community with lots of guest parking and very nice staff. There was recently a total office staff change and all the new people are great. The maintenence guys are very friendly and there is a 48 hour guarantee on all maintenence work (meaning if it isn't done within that time, money is taken off your rent). There is weekly exterminators if you have any bug problems. The pool and jacuzzi are nice but usually have people in them. The units are spacious and the floorplans are very nice. I really like the gas stoves. My only problems are that there is *zero* cell phone reception in most areas of the complex, some of the outside water spigots make an awful whining noise, and the price of rent is going up up up! It has gone up almost $200 in the last 2 years. However, it is nearly impossible to find anything less expensive that allows cats, so we're sticking with Ridgewood!
