not that bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The apartmentcomplex was not that bad, and the management has always been very helpful. It is very noisy there though, so if you like it quiet you should stay away. There are constantley kids on their skateboards ride outside the windowe, and it does not matter how many times you tell them you please leave, they will be there the next day. Also there are kids constantley in the flower beds and ripping out the landscaping. Now this is not the leasing offices fault but it is the parents that let their kids do this all the time. The parking is not bad, also there are people constantley parking in Handicapt spaces (who are not in need to park there) and you will have people parked in the fire lane. And just like any other complex you have loud music coming from the cars. I never heard our neighbors, so the walls are not that thin. The apartment is a small size and the prizes have been going up consistently. Otherwise it is not bad. We only have a few complaints. For example they are currentley painting the apartments and without any notice we had 2 painters on our balcony.
