Overall, everything you mentioned sounds pretty standard of most apartments in this price range. With apartment complexes like this you just hope you get lucky with your apartment location. Unfortunately, you can’t always get an apartment with comatose’d neighbors who don't own cars. I lived there for a year, had neighbors with kids running around upstairs, occasional car alarm, etc. Nothing was a surprise and given the location it was still worth the price. I would also add that most apartment complexes bump rent up after leases end (especially in areas with high demand such as Poway).
