i have lived at river run for almost 2 years now. management and maintenance are the greatest! they truly truly care about their residents and take care of everyone who lives there. the apartments are well sized, but parking can get sticky. but its mission valley so what can you expect' residetns are mostly college students, military families, young families, and a few others. not too loud, but it can get a little loud on weekends. but its nothing too unbearable. personally though, i can hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps (when they are loud) and shower running. other than the normal things you encounter when you live in an apartment...i havent experienced any real problems at river run!
