This place isn't bad for value and location. Mission Valley has no community/neighborhood feel, but the apt was fine. It has a W/D in the unit, AC, carpet, dishwasher etc.. It was one of the more affordable options. They allow cats and dogs and only charge dog owners a minimal monthly fee.

The staff are wonderful, however, I was somewhat disappointed to be charged for cleaning and touch up paint that was deducted from my deposit. If I had signed a 1-year lease I wouldn't have had to pay a depoit, therefore, I wouldn't have had to pay for these silly charges.

Oh, and the apts near Friars Rd are noisy because of the traffic.

Overall this place is a decent rental, but not a place to call "home".
