I have lived here for 4 years now and have never had any complaints. Yes, occasionally there were problems with the hot water, but name an apartment complex that doesn't have those occasional problems. Never had any problems with noise, other than the fact that my unit faces Friars Road and I get the noise from the street at all hours, but certainly the management can't control that. On the 2 occasions in 4 years that I've had maintenance issues they were dealt with promptly and without any hassles whatsoever. I've only had one instance of somebody parking in my parking space. The patrol company said they weren't going to tow on the first notice so I asked if I could park in one of the office visitor spaces until the morning and they said that would be fine. I have had almost all the same neighbors since I've moved in and have never experienced any problem with them. And, Sheryl and her staff are the best in all of San Diego!!!
