I love it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here for a couple of months and I must say that I am very happy so far. My apartment is clean and it gets lots of light, due to windows on three of the four sides. All my neighbors are quiet, and the ones I have met so far are very nice. I had one after-hours maintenance problem, and I the friendly maintenance guy was knocking at my door within 10 minutes of calling. The one time that I had a problem with late-night noisy neighbors, I called the "courtesy patrol" and they took care of it right away. The staff is friendly, reasonable and helpful. The gym is small, but nice. Also, this place is pet-friendly, which is great. There's no visitor parking, but guests usually don't have a problem parking on the street unless it's quite late... at that time it tends to get parked-up.
