Nice and Quiet, but TOO MANY SMOKERS

The apartment is nice and the other tenants are quiet. The biggest problem I have is the enormous amount of cigarette smokers. I don't care whether people smoke or not, but when you smell cigarette smoke literally every 15-30 minutes it's horrible. There usually is a nice breeze, but with so many smokers in all of the buildings, there is always a constant cigarette smell drifting in the air. I guess the families with children must leave their windows closed all the time.
Parking is good because they are assigned. No one takes your space. If your moving in/moving out, the other tenants get really pissy if your blocking their space for a minute or two. Outside parking sucks, it's always packed on the weekends and if you have a truck, expect garbage and beer bottles. I've seen lots of keyed marks on vehicles, but its a public street so it's very to find the culprit. Some people leave their cars parked in the same spot for weeks and never move them.
The staff are ok. Decent.
The pet deposit is outrageous. $400-450 for a dog. But they don't require a huge deposit or last month's rent. Not a bad deal if you plan to stay for a long time. They also require you to pay a monthly fee, I believe its $15 for a dog.
The complex is really close to I-8 and I-15. SDSU is only a few minutes away too.
Overall, its an ok complex. The constant cigarette smell is horrible.
