I moved in here in July 2007. This is a really great place. We've had a bit of bad luck with older appliances, but the staff is wonderful! They were hear to fix it either the day of, or day after my complaint, and they replaced our dishwasher when it was not working properly. Aside from the occasional drinkers coming home late at night on friday and saturday, and screaming their lungs out, the place is really quiet. I live on the second floor and sometimes I can hear the people upstairs walking around in the morning, but nobody really seems to make a fuss or a lot of noise around here. They all seem to be really friendly and keep to themselves, which is not a bad thing! The only complain I do have about this place would have to be parking. They give you one spot, but put you on a list for a second parking spot if you have two cars, and I still haven't gotten one, and street parking isn't exactly wonderful. Sometimes you have to park a block or two away. But aside from parking, everything is really great! The staff is friendly, they have a tennis court, pool, spa, clubhouse, and computer room if you don't have your own internet. The coolest feature I think personally is the doggie bags they actually provide. When you walk your dog, you can get a bag from the holders they have all around the side walks, and clean up after it, then throw the bag away in the trash! They're always cleaning up too, so it never stinks! Another plus is the staff leaves you alone. They don't come inspect the apartment, or bother you unless it's something important. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone.
