I have been reading a few of the positive reviews and I want to say that after living here a few years you may change your mind. The staff seems super friendly & nice when you first start living here but I have come to realize that they are quite disorganized & unprofessional. In my opinion the maintenance staff should come & go almost without you even knowing they are there. The maintenance staff here appears to be a bunch of guys hired off the street corner. They have no sense of propriety or professionalism. The grounds are semi-maintained but not to the degree I believe they should be for what we are paying in rent and compared to the standards of other apartments in the area. They have been known to come in & out of apartments with no notice and no note left that they had been there. They have tracked dirt all around my apartment and left spackle on things in the bedroom that they did not take proper steps to cover as they were "repairing" a ceiling leak (by repairing, I mean cutting a hole in the ceiling and leaving it for 2 weeks until we called to ask if anyone was ever coming back to complete the repair). We have had problems with our water being turned off numerous times with no notice- this was for both hot & cold water. They finally started notifying us (and only our apartment- I doubt anyone else in the building got a call) because we got on their case every time it was turned off. You have no idea how frustrating it is to go to take a shower only to find there is no hot water or to go flush the toilet and find out it's not happening. This place seems like a good deal at first but they have raised our rent every year and now we are paying more for this apartment than for a comparable apartment in a nicer surrounding complex.

Hello I have been here for 3 months I just relocated from back north and I love the office staff they are very friendly and very professional they actually care to see if everything is good and they go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. I believe you have a problem with the staff because maybe something hasn't gone your way. When I first moved all my neighbors were nice and helpful and said this is the best place. And I agree. Its older but very nice and well taken care of. You know you already put in a negative comment you shouldn't need to bring this place down because maybe you were unhappy about something that maybe management had no control over. Get a life and find something better to do then write down the same negative responses.

I'm not sure what you mean by the same negative responses as this is the first review I have done on this site. I respect your opinion and I believe you should respect mine. I wanted to express my opinion on this complex because isn't that what this site is for? I believe reviews are for negative and positive feedback because if you are looking at this site you are doing it because you want to know people's honest opinions. I'm sorry if you feel that this site is for positive comments only. You don't know all my experiences here so you can believe whatever you want about me and my interactions with the staff. The opinions and views of someone living in a place for 3 months and 4 years may be a little different. That said, I'm glad you are having a positive experience here and I hope that you continue to have one. Everyone should be happy & comfortable in the place they live.
