One of the BEST!

One of the best communities in San Diego!

The good: Right on the pedestrian walkway in Mission Valley. Easy access to shopping, rest. movie theaters, everything you could want is really within easy walking distance, including the trolley which is right around the river. Perfect if you are a Charger or Padre fan!! It is very quiet and clean.

The bad: The parking garage, well, it sucks. The spaces are very small and although they have guest parking, when it is time for your guest to leave, you have to go down with them and use your clicker to let them out. They don't have an interneral sensor to operate the gate! Also they have been making improvements lately (new appliances, etc.), but it requires workmen coming into the apartments and they only give one day's notice and a LARGE time window, so if you want to be home when they are there, you must stay home all day!

The gym is nice, the pool and hottub are also quite good. This is probably the nicest complex in mission vallye.
