My girlfriend and I ended our lease in another place in a bad part of Linda Vista. We were concerened with our safety so we decided on this complex! This complex has beautiful landscape and interior! The bay windows makes the room look even better than it is! The whole condo is cozy!

There was a problem with the people who lived downstairs who kept on playing loud music. But there is a direct number where you can call security to hush them up! They don't do it anymore!

The parking is great because it's underground and they don't tow guests! It actually states where guests can park. However, the downfall is that there is not enough guest parking and they have to park outside if there are not enough spots. Sure the spots are small but you can maneuver around. Heck, I own an Expedition and I can fit my SUV in the spot easily even when other cars are parked next to me! Basically, this is the ideal place in Mission Valley because it's close to Mission Valley Mall & Fashion Valley Mall!

It's seems to get worse....if your reading this..management sucks...especially when you have maintenance issues with your apartment...they say they take care of it right away then it would be days before they can get to it...then they make excuses by saying the maintenance guy was on an emergency flood in another apartment...what do they have only one maintenance man that handles the few calls/requests to fix your apartment. No, they have several uneducated, lazy and irresponsible maintenance people that complain about there own bosses and that is why they are so slow to respond on getting your unit fixed. HG Fenton, you need to fire your managers and hire new ones to replace the tyrants working here now!
