This is not the place that you would want to be. It looks really nice from the pictures, but dealing with the management it is a true nightmare. There is a lady that works in the front office and her name is Ava and she is a GEM.....yeah right. She is not a nice person so when you go there, Hope that you have Cole or some other person working on that day. You do not want to deal with Ava.

Wow! I am so surprised you feel that way. Maybe you are just an angry person in general. I currently live here and I can name many residents that adore Ava. I personally go in the office quite often to just say hello to her. I think all of the office staff is very nice and actually care about us. Maybe you should choose another state to live in.

I've been living in Riverfront for over two year now and I love it. As for Ava she is the reason i'm living here today. She great, she makes you feel at home and always welcome. she's a down to earth person,, not like some other leasing managers who just want your money. If anything Ava will be missed once I have to move.
