Tandem parking, yuck! Especially if you and your roommate work differrent hours and your having to move your car every day. Management is uncaring, especially if the maintenance have said they will be there that day to fix something but then do not come at all. Then you end up calling management to see where the maintenance guy is and they tell you he had to complete another job and it was time for him to go home. Then the maintenance guy tells you that the management doesn't pay or compensate him for overtime and that is why he didn't show up. It just sucks around here..especially when college is in session and they college kids think this plays is a great place to live because they treat it as a party place....security is slow to respond when they have people partying it up in the jacuzzi and pool after 10pm...I'm looking for a new place to live. I do not care for the management as they are not friendly once you have lived over a month. Management promises they will get things fixed but do not live up to their word. Also, I've been noticing maintenance has not been kept up inside the complex(light fixtures, paint). Also, down in the garage bldg 790 Elevator area someone had puked in the trash can and it was sprayed all over the tiles, glass window to the elevator and inside the elevator had not been cleaned by our wonderful maintenance crew..Love this place(NOT). Anyway, if your thinking about living here come down on a Friday,Saturday, Sunday night around 10-11pm and check it out. Wonder around and see if you see any security...or parties too. If your a college student you'll love the dorm room atmosphere and if your older you'll wish you had went to a retirement home.

You are a pathetic individual who obviously has nothing better to do with their time. Maybe if you got a job or made some friends you wouldn't be such a miserable person. We love it here and disagree with everything youv'e said above. The maintenance crew here are freindly and have always responded quickly to my concerns. As for the college students....what is your problem??? The management team here are actually very strict with the parties and noise. I think you should move out if you are that unhappy.
