I never knew about this website until a freind told me and my wife about it, so I thought I would check it out. I am actually surprised to see the negative complaints. We have been here about 6 years, through a few management companies and managers for that matter amd we have never been happier or treated better. It is all individual opinions but the sad thing is that based on one conversation someone may have with the office and it doesn't go their way it seems like the negativity comes out. I would like to say in regards to the staff and the maintenance guys, well they have always been nice, professional and caring to us as well as our neighbors. Our work orders get done quickly and they know us by name. As for break ins in the cars, that can happen anywhere and I know they are doing everything they can including the manager. I have personally seen her in the parking lot at 1:00 am patrolling herself. I have seen the police here too trying to help. I think to the people that are so concerned maybe you should patrol and help out. I mean this is our community too. There is only so much anyone can doo. We love our apartment and the office staff. I think to the people that are so negative..... you will be unhappy no matter where you live.

OK, maybe on the west side of the complex but not on the east side where all of the chaos, except the murder, haa happened. Kim, out patrolling, yeah right. When she lived on the premises she did not want anyone to know. Her unit was on the east side and when leaving work she would drive as if leaving the property then circle around before going to park in the garage. Security is a joke, there have been out 5 companies in the three years I have been here including the renowned Off Duty Officers. I am not complaing just telling the truth.

the bad thing about these websites is that most people write when they are upset or angry. how many people do you know would come on here to be so excited and tell everyone to live here? people who are upset need a place to vent or tell someone for their own personal satisfaction..just my thoughts.
