Can't wait to get out of here

I've been a resident for several years and this place is going downhill. There are pot smokers in the garage. I personally don't feel safe walking through there alone. I've passed the security guard who keeps his back to you when you pass by. It creeps me out knowing someone was murdered here. The staff was friendly at first but now you walk in and it's a what do you want attitude. There seems to be quite a bit of college kids here who love to party. I guess if that your thing then you're right at home here. It usually takes security 30 minutes to respond to a call. Did I mention tandum parking sucks around here. This is a gated garage but that doesn't seem to discourage theives. No wonder there have been break-ins. My friend had their bike stolen from their 2nd floor balcony. That's up to you but I would suggest a different complex to live. Maybe a few years ago it was good but not anymore.

I really agree! This person knows what they are talking about...I hope they got out as I will be out shortly...I wouldn't recommend this place for an older couple or even for a family as there are now schools or places your children can play safely as the river which is behind the apartment attracts homeless people...which do not have the best criminal records....you know, like child molesters..scary to think about when you think your paying for a luxury apartment...

I totally agree, I am moving next month. This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. The office is so rude, that is if they are ever there. And what is with those threatening, obnoxious letters, such as "beware, if you clog your disposal on Thanksgiving we will fine you". They are beyond rude. And the place was built really crappy. I won't even get into how dirty the place was the first day I moved in. If I hadn't already signed the lease and had the movers waiting outside I would have turned around and walked out. Also, the trafic around here sucks, especially at Christmas with the malls so close. I would not advise anyone to move here.
