You can hear the people above you walking. The walls are thin and the water pressure isn't good.

what are you talking about...isn't your water always cold in the early morning! Hell, they said they fixed the boilers for the water heaters!

That too..cold water and you can always hear people walking down the hallways when your in bed trying to get some sleep...never a quite time there...oh, before I forget..when the maintenance staff arrive at around 8am they go out to the pool area and move those pool chairs by dragging them across the concrete...instead of being sensible by picking them up they would rather wake up all the tenants and make sure they know they are working.
