First of all...the leasing office staff has the best job!! They are never there! When they are there they are either having a cigarette out back or socializing with a tenant. It was very hard to obtain my packages that got delivered there because there was hardly ever anyone in the office. Other than that I have lived here for three years now and have never had a problem with safety or other tenants. There have been car break ins but I have never seen any or known anyone who got broken into. The rent is expensive for not a lot of amenities but the location is great...really close to malls and shops. The parking situation is pretty bad. There are very few guest spots and either people steal the signs that designate "guest" or they are being converted to tenant spots because they are disappearing. The guest spaces are also incredibly small and anyone with even a mid-size truck would have trouble parking in them. Also, there is a gate controlled by a remote to get to the underground parking which is nice. However, the call box that should allow your guests to be able to go underground has been out of operation for over a year with complaints to the office gone unanswered. Overall it is an ok place to live...obviously or I wouldn't have stayed for as long as I did.

First of all you should be thankful that they even accepted and held your packages for you. Some places don't even do that. Maybe you can take yourself down to the post office and get your own packages in the future. As for taking breaks out back, well hello, it's the law. Learn it and live by it and maybe you will live a happier life. I still live here and I think the fact that they spend so much time talking with the tenants is why so many of us stay. They actually care enough to listen to all of us, even if it is just to talk. Good luck to you in your future living experiences.
