There are good things and bad things about this property.

First the good things; The management is very good and responsive and maintainces the property ok. This place is great for students who attend Mesa college. The neighbors are friendly, The rent is affordable.

The Bad things:

PARKING- I would say parking is the worst problem. Each apartment (regardless of occupancy) is allowed only one parking spot. You can get another parking space, but there is a long waiting list and it isn't even worth it because the space is most likely far from your apartment. Since there are some mesa college students who are so cheap and poor to not buy a parking permit to park in the school's parking lot, they decide to park along the neighborhood and therefore there is hardly any parking on the streets

NO VENTILATION - The bathroom has no windows, therefore no ventilation and moisture starts to build in the bathroom making it hard to breath.

NO AC - In this property, this is a MUST! Even when I open my window, I get no air nor breeze. This is probably do to the grounding and location of the property. During the winter time, I still have to open my window. No wonder there is no heater, its like a sauna year-round!

GARBAGE ie DUMBSTER - There is always some homeless person running through the garbage getting ANYTHING! There is even a BIG sign that says " no scavenger hunting" ie trash digging. Items such as cans, glass, food.. and I even saw a guy who was collecting misc papers that look liked mail..Beware!

POOL - The pool is well kept, but if you have a unit near the pool, it is impossible to take a nap. There is always loud screaming kids in the pool

NO SECURITY - Because the property is somewhat close to the freeway (two/three stoplights), it is reported that cars have been stolen around the area and places have been broken into.

IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS ALLERGIES - This place is definitely not for you. In my unit I have molds and dust even when I keep the place tity. The building is about 50 years old and not renovated; just new vinyl flooring and carpeting.

My recommendation is that if you can find another place, then go for it.
