The units are Deteriorated and filled with Mold everywhere inside and out, There has been Rats-Roaches and insects of plenty.. Neighbors are very loud and constantly drinking toaking and smoking and rude...Your belongings are Not safe, Nor are the vehicles. Parking is a complete Mess and a joke. Great Place for Muggers, and Theives..The Management company is Non responsive to any requests. the On-Site Manger is very bitter, does Not like the sound of childern's laugher, Does very little, except is rent to just about anyone..The Maintenance staff I would NOT let work on my Dog House...Trash and old furnishings are thrown everywhere, Pool is always dirty and never heated. Most of all the good Neighbors have had to leave...
