A nice place in the middle of it all

I enjoyed living at this property. The sea breeze cooled everything so no air conditioning was needed. The small wall heater was perfect for the small apartment. No, these apartments aren't the largest you've ever seen, but they're just about perfect for a bachelor such as myself.
Being 5 minutes from the freeway and just up the hill from El Indio restaraunt was great with only a short drive or bike ride needed to get to Point Loma, Old Town, the Embarcadero, or my job at Seaport Village.
Rent was $650 per month on a three month lease with no increase for going month to month afterwords. Yes, the laundry facilities I used were outside, but this was a welcome development as the weather in San Diego is awesome and I could go to the indoor washers and dryers if needed.
I never felt unsafe and never had a problem with noise. You will likely hear the jets at Lindbergh Field and the Amtrak and freight trains at the bottom of the hill, but I grew to think of them as the sounds of home.
The managers were always polite and courteous, also very helpful.
These apartments aren't for everyone as they are a bit small. If you can get over the square footage, you will probably like it there as much as I did.
