The place is going down hill

I have lived in the neighborhood for about 4 years. The Royal Apartments does not care whom they rent to. Recently the place has gone to young juvenile delinquents who hang out in the parking lot drinking beer and who knows what else. It appears that no one cares what the place looks like and who lives there.
I have seen tenants open their door and spit outside, cigarette butts all over the parking lot, litter, cars with huge oil leaks. Just not being managed properly.
One tenant has a dog illegally in his place and lets him poop over on the side and does not clean up.
Definitely the downside of the neighborhood.
Apartments may be nice but the tenants are sketchy.
