Out with Skil-Bilt/ in with Gables From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   And I thought skil-bilt was bad. This new company Gables is a total joke. They don't do anything that I can see. Maintenance requests take months, and replacement equipment is junk.
