I have lived here for two years and the complex has gone through 3 or 4 management changes. When Andy was the maintenance guy, everything was taken care of asap. I havent had any maintenance issues lately so I am not sure how the current maintenance guy is. I love the neighborhood, it is very safe. The new manager, Judy, is ok. The office hours are very hard for someone who works 9-6 like I do, so you pretty much have to wait until Saturday to get your packages. The gardeners come every Thursday and all they seem to do is blow the leaves and dirt into your apartment through the windows and doors. They also don't turn the blowers off whil you are walking by, so beware, you may get caught in a dust storm on the way to work.

If your car is in the lot when the illegals come with the blowers on thursday it gets plastered by the dust just as much

I agree, the gardners are horrible (look at the rear of the building..leaves and natures collectables are everywhere). The apartment tenants should form a class action suit in response to the gardners blowing dirt all over freshly washed cars. they, in my opinion, must go, and are typically lazy.
