A new company took over in June 08 and what a huge difference! Once they got rid of Judy, things really improved. They put in all new windows, painted the exterior, renovated the clubhouse and fitness center, and are making really great improvements all around. They have granite countertops and new cabinets - really, really nice. The new manager, Bonnie, is really nice and helpful. They have a dedicated maintenance staff now and Bill is really good and when you call him he fixs what you want done plus he also fixes something extra if he can find anything else. I highly recommend San Carlos Tonwhouse Apartments. Oh, and they held our rents because of the economy. Great new owners! It is right next to Mission Trails Golf Course and Cowles Mountain is just at the end of the block!
