Something good in San Diego From: BryanandAmber Date posted: 7/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   My husband and I lived here from 2004-2005. It was an ok place to live concidering it is an older community. The office and maintenance and office staff were very perceptive. Although we has poor neighboors. It is not the apartments reponsability to do a phyciatric evaluation on its tenants. Layout of apartment large 2/2 was very spacious but do highly recomend upstair for the vaulted ceilings. Large patios a big plus. Freeway noise not to bad if you are on the upper level by leasing office. We faces a hill so lots of privacy. Amenities are old but didn't care, never used them. Parking is really poor. Due to residents having more than 2 cars per household. Easy access to north and south 15 FWY. Rent is reasonable for the size and maintenance was always on top of their game. Don't be fooled by older appearence, it is a great place to live.
