Good Luck

I live in the most popular model, the 750 sq ft in an upper unit (#122) where I've lived for the past two years. I only have one week left and it's caused me to write this complaint.

My living room/bathroom/outside closet area has leaked from a total of 6 different locations causing me a GREAT deal of inconvience throughout a year and a half of time. I'm not talking tiny drips that are easily fixed, I'm talking about days worth of location, ceiling removal..then patching and retexturing. This has been a Major issue and I believe the staff here should be more sympathetic and compensating to my unfortunate situation. They are not. I'm currently complaining to several organizations but my lease is up in one week so they have no reason to satisfy me. I feel incredibly sorry for whomever has my apartment next because H G Fenton is WELL aware of the piping problems of these buildings.

The maintence staff is WONDERFUL! They come right away when I needed them and at least try to sympathize with all the inconvience this apartment has caused me time and time again.

Like most apartments the leasing office has really no control. People park illegally all over, they made everyone get parking passes but NEVER enforce any rules. In fact if someone is in your spot they will refuse to tow them. You are only allowed one dog here (which you will pay nicely to have) and that's not enforced well either.

The buildings are older, but well maintained. Residents are all ages, in two years about 5 have aknowleged me as I walked by and said hi.

Parking, you get one spot. There are 7 spots that are big enough to park comfortably.. the rest are TINY and fill up quickly by 5pm. There are a great deal of military couples (myself included) which cause extra cars to occupy spots and not move for weeks at a time.

Overall, I say Good Luck if you move here. Check out the ceilings for discolorations and ask to see the maintence records on pipe repairs.
