Nice, but parking sucks

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The apartments are nice, with a great layout that makes them feel big. But their pricey and the parking sucks. When we moved in were told that all new residents would not be getting assigned parking spots, and that slowly all the parking would be converted to unassigned spots. However, 6 months later, we still have only 3 unassigned spots available in our 1/4 of the complex. The office seemed more or less indifferent when I asked what was going on.
