Move here and you'll be sorry

Parking for guests is horrible. There are about five for the whole community. Expect to have them park across the street in Ralphs shopping center and walk over.
Noise level is horrible. There are too many kids in the complex screaming at the top of their lungs - constant noise and no quiet peaceful enjoyment. Many kids are playing softball in the middle of the streets while you are trying to drive around them.
Building contruction is poor - can hear the lady upstairs taking a bath, washing her clothes, on the phone and every step she takes you hear a pounding noise.
Maintenance -when I moved in my apartment was covered in dust because they left the windows open for three weeks before i moved in. When i mentioned it to them, Scott commented well thats how it gets when the apartment is vacant for three weeks.. ie. we are doing nothing about it.
When the blind was broken upon move in, I was asked to come pick up a new one at the leasing office instead of them installing it.
The shower diverter was broken and took a week to get them to fix it after several followup requests. Their reason... the mainentance guy was out due to a personal emergency. Do they not have more than one'
Office staff- one word .. rude. Dont expect a phone call back from them regarding anything. They dont care if you are happy.
