Rude,Noisy,Rude, Noisy and high cost for it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   #1. DO NOT rent a downstairs unit. The noise overhead is incredible! #2. If you are a sadist go deal with the leasing office. #3. If you are looking for a safe community to reside in,it's not here. Gated' Thats a laugh.The only time someone CAN"T get in,is when the gate isn't working,then you have to go in the out. #4. Exercise room. Nice when all of the machines work.See #3. #5. For the hearing impaired this place is fine. The traffic noise,fire dept. TPHS students,cussing and yelling. #6. Always renew the lease,that way it will only cost an extra 150.a mo. instead of the almost 300.after it expires. Nothing really nice to say about this place except GOOD-BYE!!
