Severe rent increases, noisy garage doors, no parking, management has deteriorated

I lived there from 2004 to August 2006. I had an upstairs unit 2 bd/2ba. My monthly rent went up over $250.00 per month in that time. (with a lease and no late pays!)The management help started off well but deteriorated when they changed companies in 2006. Parking with two cars is terrible.
When the garage doors open the entire apartment shakes and rattles similar to an earthquake every time someone enters or leaves their garage. Which can be often. Door slamming is terrible.
Gym is nice. Lobby,reception areas, pool and tennis courts are all nice. But way overpriced for the noise level and rent-gouging upon good renters is terrible.
