I have lived in Signature Point for over 2 years now. Overall it is a nice place to live. Maintence is always there if you need them and very helpful. Front office staff is pretty uptight and switchs around a bit but overall they are fine to deal with and always there if you need to get a hold of them. The location is prime. Across the street from a large shoping center and less then 5 miles from the beach. I always feel safe walking the dog late at night even at 1am. It is situated on a busy street so you do hear street noice and the fire dept is right next door. Lots of kids but very safe if you have some to go around complex and play with each other. Prices have gone up a lot throughout the years I have been here. Guest parking is horrible! They are by far the most expensive places in the area. Also it is close to all, beaches freeways, stores, and the high school is walking distance. Apartments inside are nice with some good extras, crown molding, full size washer dryer in your own laundry room and direct access to your two car garage. However, overall I have enjoyed living here and would recomend it to someone who is looking for a larger apt with a two car garage.

I totally agree.. We escaped this past January and finally bought... Michelle Sikes is a liar and that place went down hill... They should be cited for violating noise laws.....
